How to Create Your Billtrust Account

Please visit CTC.BILLTRUST.COM 

To register your account:

1. Enter your customer information.

2. Locate your Customer Number and Invoice Number on your most recent statement.

3. Please enter these numbers exactly as they appear to complete the sign-up form.

Once your information is submitted, you will receive an email from californiatruckcenters@billtrust.com with an activation link. Please follow the instructions in that email to authenticate and complete your online account enrollment.

Important Payment Update

We’ve recently changed our credit card processor. To make a payment by credit card, please contact your local California Truck Centers dealership and ask for the Accounts Receivable department. They will provide you with a secure payment link to complete your transaction.

For open account customers, please enroll in the Billtrust Customer Portal to securely manage and submit credit card or ACH payments. Please sign up by following the instructions provided under "How to Create a Billtrust Account".
