Chassis Lube, Coolant Change, Cooling System Flush: System flush does not guarantee correction of overheating or coolant faults; additional diagnostics may be required if contaminants are found.
Fifthwheel Plate Rebuild: Includes cleaning and rebuild kit only; full fifth-wheel assembly replacement not included unless quoted separately.
Front Bumper Replacement: Applies to OEM standard bumpers; additional labor may apply for sensors, collision-mitigation systems, or custom brackets.
Allison Transmission Service: Includes fluid and filter service only; internal transmission issues, slipping, or shifting concerns may require diagnostic time.
Clutch Replacement (DT12/EATON): Assumes transmission removal under standard labor conditions; additional charges may apply for rusted hardware, driveline modifications, or seized components.
Transmission & Differential Service: Pricing per axle; does not include internal diagnostics, bearing inspections, or driveline repairs.
Flywheel Resurface & Rear Main Seal: Flywheel machining is only performed if the flywheel is within allowable tolerance.
Airbag Replacement: Additional labor may apply for corroded fasteners, suspension modifications, leveling valve issues, or damaged airlines.
Air System Inspection: Includes dryer cartridge and airbag check only; excludes leak tracing requiring smoke or soap testing, and any additional repairs must be approved.
Alternator Replacement: This service includes removal and replacement only. Diagnostic time is not included. We recommend a full diagnostic inspection before replacement to confirm the component is the root cause of the concern. Replacement does not guarantee resolution of starting, charging, drivability, or electrical issues. If symptoms persist, additional diagnostic labor may be required at standard rates.
Battery Replacement (Up to 4): Battery replacement includes physical removal and installation only. Battery testing (Ampnet, load test, or state-of-health verification) is not included unless otherwise noted. We recommend testing prior to replacement to confirm battery condition and prevent unnecessary repairs.
Module Programming: Requires stable voltage support; additional charges may apply for battery support equipment. OEM-approved module replacement only, and programming does not guarantee correction of unrelated faults.
Starter Motor Replacement: Replacement does not guarantee correction of intermittent start issues if the root cause lies elsewhere (e.g., wiring, ignition switch, battery, module).
CARB Clean Truck Check: Any required compliance repairs are billed separately; customer is responsible for timely certification.
Battery Service & Electrical System Check: Inspection includes terminal cleaning, protector, and Ampnet test; additional repairs billed separately.
BIT Inspection: Free BIT Inspection is limited to one free inspection per vehicle every 90 days. Additional inspections within the same 90-day window will be billed at standard rates. Pre-inspection repairs and adjustments billed separately, and inspection does not guarantee BIT compliance if corrective actions are declined.
Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection: Inspection does not guarantee BIT compliance if corrective actions are declined. Inspection-only; repair recommendations provided separately.
Dyno Testing: Dyno testing availability for non-DTNA vehicles varies by location. Contact your preferred California Truck Centers dealership to confirm whether your make and model can be safely accommodated.
A/C Inspection: Service excludes leak repairs; extra refrigerant/dye/parts billed separately; any leak-related diagnostics or repairs require approval.
